What we collect
Through the estimate form we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the town or postcode of the property, and the description of the work you type in. If you phone or email us, we hold whatever you tell us in that conversation. We do not ask for payment card details through this website.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, arrange and carry out work, and keep records of jobs we have quoted for or completed. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Legal basis
We process enquiry details to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and to perform that contract if you go ahead. Where we keep records for tax or accounting purposes, we do so to meet a legal obligation.
Who else sees it
Enquiries sent through this website may pass through the service providers who host the site and handle our enquiry forms and email, acting on our instructions. We share details with others only where we must to carry out the work you have asked for, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as they are useful to us, then deleted. Records relating to work carried out are kept as long as we are required to keep business and tax records.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it.
